RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES

If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, we will assist you with a fast and easy exchange or refund.
REQUIREMENTS

You may RETURN UNWORN PRODUCTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE to qualify for a refund or an exchange.
Products should be in perfect condition, have all tags attached, and ideally in their original packaging.
For returns and exchanges, shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the products to Piñata PUM. In the unlikely event of a product defect or a quality issue, we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping fees.
RETURNS

For a withdrawal of your purchase, you have 30 days (1 month) to return the product. Please ask by e-mail to hola@pinatapum.com for our Return & Exchange Form and follow the instructions. The total amount of the returned item(s) will be credited within the next 2- 3 business days to the card used for the original transaction.
Exchanges

Please ask by e-mail to hola@pinatapum.com for our Return & Exchange Form and follow the instructions. You have 30 days (1 month) after receiving you purchase to return it to Piñata PUM. Keep in mind the types of exchanges available:

1. EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS WORTH THE SAME AMOUNT: Once the exchange is processed, there will be no additional charge or refund.

2. EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS WITH A LESSER AMOUNT: The difference will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for this amount to be reflected on your account.

3. EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS WITH A GREATER AMOUNT: If you want to exchange your purchase for an item of greater amount, you must return the item(s) and place a new order.
